Amanda and Javier met in Seattle, WA and fell in love over their mutual love of real estate. In early 2021, Javier and Amanda purchased 9 single family and small multi-family units in the Cleveland market as out of state investors.
They have scaled their business to commercial multi-family deals with the goal of retiring from their W2 jobs within the next 3 years. They are General Partners in over 250 units across 3 states.

Javier is a VP of Program Management with 8 years of experience in eCommerce and a former eCommerce start-up founder. He has an MBA from The University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
Amanda Barker
MANAGING PARTNER,
Amanda is a CPA and Big 4 IT consultant by day in her W2 job with 10 years of experience. She has a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Montana. Amanda grew up loving real estate, shadowing her Real Estate Broker mom and pretending to file paperwork, from a young age.
Marco Barbaro, Partner
In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.
In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino on over 1300 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company.
Marco exited the rat race on August 1st 2019, and joined the Jake & Gino team full time to help coach students and raise capital for Rand Partners.
Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.
Hadar Orkibi, Advisor
With two decades of full-time Real Estate experience, Hadar specializes in long-distance, out-of-area, and out of the country investing and is an asset manager with MFIHolding.com
Hadar’s portfolios include Multi-Family apartments, and triple net Commercial Real Estate in NZ and the United States, allowing him to exit the rat race with passive income and live a lifestyle by design with his family.
Over the years, Hadar implemented different strategies, which include wholesaling, house flipping, subdivision, new construction, commercial real estate, joint ventures, and multifamily investing with a focus on Apartment Buildings that have value-add upside potential.
